Space-Time
In order to deepen our understanding of existence, space-time should be considered next. The first important thing to understand is that space and time are essentially the same thing.
One helpful way to imagine this is to consider that you are always moving at the speed of light; you are just moving most of it through time. If you were to start moving through space nearly as fast, you would then move through time more slowly.
Also to consider is the arrow of time. For us, this manifests as a clear difference between space and time, yet the effects that make the arrow possible are the same for both space and time. For time they manifest as the arrow, and for space as the expansion of the Universe. It is thus not an arrow of time but an arrow of space-time.
Spacetime seems to have entirely different properties than energy or matter. The logical assumption is that they are not the same thing. I was able to break down particles into points of possibility. Can something similar be done with spacetime, or must we simply say spacetime is spacetime?
Spacetime might be comprised of points of possibility, thereby forming a fundamental pattern within our Universe. Alternatively, it could be perceived as the relational framework between points of possibility and everything else. In this interpretation, spacetime would not constitute a pattern itself and thus would not exist independently; it would merely serve as a descriptive tool for the positions and relationships of entities within the cosmos.
