As stated in Ownership, the goal is that all information should be accessible to everyone. Corporations whose purpose is to research and publish news, or any other form of information, are allowed to exist. However, they must adhere to the principles of a perfect society and should be limited in size. This limitation is necessary because resource management, including the management of information, is a role fulfilled by the government.

The government is not allowed to lie, but if necessary, some information may be kept secret for a reasonable amount of time.
